This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital team as a Web Analyst, with a broad and impactful remit across website performance, customer experience and commercial optimisation.You will play a key role in shaping data-led decision making β€” providing insights on user behaviour, conversion, merchandising and SEO to help drive online revenue and user experience improvements.The OpportunityThis is a great role for someone with strong SQL skills and a solid background in eCommerce analytics β€” someone who thrives on using data to drive business performance and customer experience.You will be part of a collaborative Optimisation team and work closely with Marketing, Content, Product and Development functions to deliver insights across:
  • Web analytics
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and UX
  • SEO performance
  • Marketing analytics
  • Product performance
  • Qualitative user research
This role is fully office-based (5 days per week) in a vibrant and well-invested environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse performance at each stage of the eCommerce funnel β€” identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Conduct merchandising analysis β€” understanding which content, placements and strategies drive conversion
  • Analyse user behaviour β€” identifying key interaction patterns and intent signals
  • Drive SEO analysis and support optimisation initiatives
  • Coordinate conversion experiments and assess their commercial impact
  • Leverage qualitative research β€” including surveys and session recording analysis
  • Enhance tracking frameworks (Google Tag Manager) and develop clear, actionable dashboards (PowerBI)
Candidate ProfileWe are seeking an individual with:? Proven eCommerce experience β€” ideally working in a product, retail or consumer-focused business? Strong SQL capabilities (BigQuery exposure is a plus)? Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4? Understanding of Google Tag Manager (server-side experience a bonus)? Strong Excel skills β€” Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery etc.? Knowledge of SEO and experience with CRO tools & methods? A curious, proactive approach and ability to work cross-functionallyTech Stack
