Salary: 34-40,000 DOE
About the company:
An established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a confident, creative Architect to join its team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a design-driven individual with a strong portfolio, capable of clearly articulating design ideas and contributing positively within a collaborative studio environment. New starters will initially be required to work full-time from the office while getting to know colleagues and internal systems. Following a successful settling-in period, hybrid working will be available with a minimum of three days per week in the office, although full-time office-based working is also welcomed. Due to the semi-rural location, this role may not be suitable for candidates without access to a car.

Daily duties will include:
- Developing innovative and well-considered design proposals across all project stages
- Producing high-quality drawings, visualisations, and technical documentation
- Working closely with colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects successfully
- Participating in design reviews, meetings, and presentations
- Assisting in the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
- Ensuring designs meet relevant regulations, budgets, and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
- ARB registered
- Revit capabilities
- A strong design-led portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
- Confidence in presenting and communicating design ideas clearly
- Experience within an architectural practice environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to design and problem-solving
