- Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements including:
- Report writing
- Interpretation and analysis of information provided
- Building forecasts
- Stakeholder management
- Dataroom management
- Support delivery of other key elements of the acquisitions process including the preparation of valuations, offer letters and heads of terms
- Support delivery of other ad-hoc projects playing a supporting role to senior team members
- Actively pursuing ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Ideally 1 years’ experience within a finance/accounts role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience of working as part of a team and able to work remotely with colleagues often in virtual environments such as Microsoft Teams
- Good understanding of double entries and basic accounting practices
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, capable of the creation and maintenance of often complex spreadsheets and the analysis of data
- Confident with other IT and office software packages including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Full study support towards ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
