We're on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst who can bring energy, focus, and communication skills to a vital role supporting a wide range of clients and technologies.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Service Desk team, you'll manage everything from general customer queries to complex technical issues-keeping systems stable and clients happy.
A typical day might include:
* Handling enquiries via phone, email, or portal
* Troubleshooting broadband, phone systems, mobile, and network issues
* Logging and managing support tickets from start to resolution
* Collaborating with technical teams to escalate and resolve problems
* Making live changes to client environments with minimal disruption
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Service Desk or technical support role (ideally telecoms or IT)
* Strong case ownership and troubleshooting abilities
* Clear, confident communication with a customer-first approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Willingness and ability to learn new skills and systems
