Salary: £50,000 per annum plus many benefits ?About the Role: Our award-winning client is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to lead multiple outbound campaigns through HubSpot, driving lead generation and nurturing efforts. ? This strategic and hands-on role requires expertise in campaign management, lead scoring, and funnel optimisation to deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. ?To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience in either a telecoms or technology background due to the role being very technical in its requirements.Key Responsibilities: ?
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting various customer segments (e.g., vertical campaigns, disqualified leads, new customers, open opportunities). ?
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and buyer personas. ?
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring models to prioritise high-value prospects. ?
  • Ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads to the Sales team and provide feedback to improve lead quality. ?
  • Create nurture campaigns for strategic products in collaboration with the Product Proposition Manager and Vendors. ?
  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using HubSpot tools. ?
  • Optimise email workflows, sequences, and landing pages to increase engagement and conversions. ?
What We're Looking For: ?Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or cloud communications). ?
  • Proven success in managing outbound campaigns using HubSpot. ?
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, customer lifecycle, and funnel optimisation. ?
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools. ?
  • Ability to track and optimise KPIs to drive campaign performance. ?
  • Excellent project management and communication skills. ?
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. ?
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Zoom, Mitel, and 8x8. ?
  • AI marketing experience. ?
Working Arrangements: ?
  • Hybrid working scheme: Office days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and remote days (Tuesday, Thursday).
  • Employees living over 40 miles from the office are primarily home-based, with monthly office attendance. ?
