- Design and execute outbound campaigns targeting various customer segments (e.g., vertical campaigns, disqualified leads, new customers, open opportunities). ?
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and buyer personas. ?
- Implement and maintain lead scoring models to prioritise high-value prospects. ?
- Ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads to the Sales team and provide feedback to improve lead quality. ?
- Create nurture campaigns for strategic products in collaboration with the Product Proposition Manager and Vendors. ?
- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using HubSpot tools. ?
- Optimise email workflows, sequences, and landing pages to increase engagement and conversions. ?
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or cloud communications). ?
- Proven success in managing outbound campaigns using HubSpot. ?
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, customer lifecycle, and funnel optimisation. ?
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools. ?
- Ability to track and optimise KPIs to drive campaign performance. ?
- Excellent project management and communication skills. ?
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. ?
- Experience with Zoom, Mitel, and 8x8. ?
- AI marketing experience. ?
