An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled CNC Turner join a dynamic engineering team in the Preston/Chorley area. The company specialises in precision engineering across various sectors, including nuclear, aerospace, and oil and gas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and collaborative environment and likes to be challenged.
Hours- 7:30am till 4pm with an early finish on Friday
Pay 18.40
The Role-
- You will be required to set operate and programme CNC Lathes to manufacture bespoke parts for a variety of sectors
- You will be required to read and understand engineering drawings
- Must be able to quality check own work
- Work on your own as well as part of a team
The ideal candidate
- Will have a minimum of 5+ years of CNC Turning experience
- Relevant qualifications NVQ, City and guilds or equivalent
