Employment Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Turner within a rapidly growing engineering company specialising in bespoke parts and prototypes vrom small prototypes to full scale assembly. Covering the nuclear, defence, pharmaceautical industries.
We are seeking a highly skilled machinist with expertise in operating CNC Proturn Haas machines using Fanuc or Mitsubishi control systems. The role will involve overseeing smooth machining operations, on CNC with a possibility of manual machines.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain CNC Turner
* Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
* Ensure high standards of efficiency and precision in machining tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the workshop team to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting directly to our Workshop Manager this is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a small dynamic company and to build on future opportunities within our growing business. We are looking for applicants who can provide solutions to any situations that may arise and bring a positive 'can do' approach to their work.
In return you'll receive a salary up to 37k depending on experience
40 hour working week with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with this increasing to 25 days with tenure.
