About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils aged 2-19 with a variety of complex needs, including autism, medical needs, communication difficulties, and cognitive challenges. What We're Looking For:
  • A background in care (e.g., healthcare, support work, or similar) is highly desirable - your transferable skills are invaluable.

  • A warm, patient, and adaptable personality - a sense of humour helps too!

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Opportunities to progress within a growing school network.

  • Competitive pay £90 - £110.
