- Pro Rata earnings based on 48 hrs per week £40,000 per year with paid overtime and travel expenses
Interested? Heres what we need from you:
- A full UK Driving License and ability to provide your own transport as youll be working at various sites
- Previous experience as an Area Support Chef or Head Chef managing a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional food quality, and cooking to our spec every time
- Strong Leadership and Communications skills to motivate your team
- Knowledge on minimising waste and controlling stock
- Strict adherence to food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
- Experience in cooking dishes from scratch
- experience operating a Standalone pub menu alongside a Carvery would be an advantage
