This role will focus on managing the full implementation lifecycle and data migration process for a portfolio of retained clients.Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from initial scoping and planning through configuration, data migration, training, and post-implementation support. The role requires close client interaction and a hands-on approach to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage full software implementation lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, deployment, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Lead and support data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related IT and migration issues.
  • Understand client requirements and configure the software solution accordingly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver user training, and contribute to the development of reports and support materials.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates.
  • Facilitate project "kick-off" and post "Go Live" assessment meetings.
Essential Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Implementation Consultant or Business Analyst role.
  • Energy industry experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering software implementations from installation to go-live.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workloads and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Experience in managing data migration projects.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, and database technologies.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
