A leading, well-established engineering consultancy with a strong nationwide project presence is currently seeking a Structural Revit Technician with at least 3+ years' experience to join their expanding team in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to work on a broad portfolio of exciting projects across the UK.
You will be joining a highly experienced and collaborative team of engineers and technicians, working with the latest in-house design and drafting software. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Structural Revit Technician:
- Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce reinforced concrete (RC) drawings and bar bending schedules
- Support design engineers with technical drawing requirements
- Assist with site inspections and reports
- Ensure all work complies with quality assurance and industry standards
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with AutoCAD and Revit in a structural/civil environment
- Strong detailing skills in structural steelwork and reinforced concrete
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy design office
