The Project Quantity Surveyor that they are looking with be a self-motivated individual. That has proven experience delivering projects from 5 million up to around 10 million.
They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor that has previous experience ideally working for a main building contractor. You will be working with of procurement, sub-contractors, cost, and preparation of budgets.
As a business they do work on a variety of schemes, which would give some variety to your expertise in your project delivery. They deliver residential, industrial, and commercial new builds and extensions.
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will have experience of pricing building materials for projects and worked on new build schemes. Join a contractor looking to invest into your career development, with a strong north west pipeline.
