Your new role

Reporting to the Assistant Management Accountant, this role is responsible for data entry of invoices, processing credit for purchases, raising credits for the sales ledger, and supporting the finance team to ensure the smooth running of the finance function.

Duties of the role

  • Accurate data entry of invoices
  • Efficient processing of purchase credits
  • Timely raising of credits for the sales ledger
  • Managing day-to-day system operations
  • Procuring and managing office supplies
  • Providing support to the finance assistant
  • Coordinating and booking deliveries

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
