· Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

· (Desirable) Has experience teaching in a PRU, SEMH school, or alternative education setting

· (Desirable) Can teach Entry Level, Functional Skills and/or GCSE Maths

· Is calm, confident, and able to maintain professional boundaries

· Can remain resilient, compassionate and consistent in the face of challenging behaviours

· Is committed to inclusion and understands the importance of unconditional positive regard

Benefits

· Flexible working options, from part-time to full-time roles

· Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced, friendly team

· Competitive rates of pay – all pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
