Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to provide floating support to help customers sustain their tenancies and live independently.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
- Complete support plans and risk assessments
- Provide support around budgeting, employment and education
- Monitor rent payments and monitor tenancy compliance
- Ensure records are kept up to date
- Carry out safeguarding and ensure any incidents are reported
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
- Driving Licence and business insurance
- Enhanced DBS
