My client is a leading regional main contractor operating throughout the North West delivering New Build, Refurbishment, Fit Out and Maintenance projects in the Education, Health, Commercial, Residential and care sectors.

They require an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee their on running Maintenance contracts and demands across their clients.

It is preferred that you come from a Joinery background and ideally be multiskilled across multiple trades if possible. Ideally residing in the Chorley, Preston, Blackburn locale, you will be operating throughout the Northwest out of their offices in the Preston area.

You will be experienced in the role of Maintenance Manager, and must have strong Communication, Client facing and IT skills (relative to the role).

You will be responsible for following up client requests via LCC portal, visiting the site to assess the works required, and if necessary liaising with specific subcontractors to visit the sites with you at initial estimation stage. Valuing the works requirements, pricing works and submitting to LCC for approval. Then liaising with the relevant Schools, Hospital etc to arrange and carry out the required works.
