As Composite Laminator, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing tooling and moulds for production
- Laminating composite materials to a high standard
- Vacuum bagging parts with precision
- Interpreting technical drawings and laminate manuals
- Supporting demoulding and other production processes
As Composite Laminator, your experience will include:
- Previous laminating experience in Motorsport / F1 or Aerospace
- Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Confidence working independently and proactively
