Our client is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and help drive sales performance through strategic marketing execution. Building local marketing plans with sales managers and ensuring strong conversion rates advance into sales!This is a newly created senior marketing opportunity, ideal for someone who’s confident working cross-functionally with sales, data-savvy, creative, and excited to shape a new key marketing role from the ground up.Key Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager responsibilities:

• Develop & execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive high quality leads for the sales teams
• Advertising & media planning - oversee digital and traditional media strategies for maximum impact & ROI
• Optimise campaign performance through ongoing analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with sales teams to create effective local marketing plans
• Support monthly site visits, events, and promotional activity
• Coordinate external agencies and affiliate partners
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing outputs
• Deliver actionable insights through market and competitor research
• Own and report on the marketing budget to maximise ROI

What we’re looking ror in the new Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

• Proven B2C marketing experience, ideally in high-value sectors (e.g.property, leisure, lifestyle) - not essential but helpful!
• Strong background in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing
• Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoogleAnalytics
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
