We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Teaching Assistant to support our outreach and engagement programmes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, is confident communicating complex ideas in accessible ways, and thrives in dynamic educational environments.

You will assist in the delivery of workshops, school visits, community events, and online sessions designed to promote learning, inspire curiosity, and increase participation particularly among underrepresented groups.

Contract/Position Details:

  • Location: Christchurch
  • Pay rate: GBP13.96
  • Contract: Temp to Perm


What your role will include:

  • Passionate about education, outreach and promoting inclusion
  • Supports students with learning, social, and emotional needs
  • Work with individual students or small groups
  • Monitor and assess off site activities


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children in an outreach setting
  • Familiarity with safeguarding procedures
  • A current DBS (willingness to obtain one)
