Nursing Home Manager

Salary: Circa £65,000 + Excellent Pension + 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are seeking a proven nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager who can deliver outstanding leadership and maintain excellent standards of care.

As the nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC legislation.

• Delivering person-centred elderly care in line with the Gold Standard Framework.

• Managing a dedicated staff team, promoting professional development, and supporting a positive culture.

• Driving occupancy, financial performance, and operational excellence.

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

To be considered for this nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager role, you must have:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management or RMA qualification (essential).

• Proven experience as a nursing home manager / care home manager / registered home manager within a nursing home setting.

• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and clinical governance.

• Understanding of the Gold Standard Framework and elderly care best practice.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

• Salary circa £65,000 (£70k max)
