This is an exciting role, which would suit someone looking to build and develop their relationship fundraising or broaden their sector experience in a major national charity.From multi-year partnerships and supporters, right through to managing volunteers and raising awareness in our communities, the team you join is talented, fast-paced and on a mission to create a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.  The successful candidate will be able to deliver first-class relationship and account management, maximising retention as well as driving opportunities to secure new income within Kent (from prospecting through to pitch development and delivery).Our team have a wealth of experience and skills to support you, and being a team player is essential. Recruiting, managing, and appreciating the value of our supporters and volunteers is essential. You need to inspire and motivate them to develop lifelong support.This is a homeworking role. You will be required to travel across Kent to meet supporters regularly and occasionally attend internal meetings at locations across the country, including our flagship offices (London, Birmingham, Warrington, and Belfast). You must reside in the UK and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. We will be holding an information & Q&A session for this role at 12:30 midday on Wednesday, 10th September.   • Experience in relationship and community fundraising or ability to demonstrate transferrable skills.
  • Good understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Experience in delivering excellent supporter stewardship and/or customer care.
  • Ability to analyse data and information to make decisions.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial and non-financial targets.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, and travel across an extensive patch.
