We currently have a fantastic opportunity for aQuality Inspectorto join a leading and growing manufacturing company based near Christchurch.

Introduction

The primary role of the Quality Inspectorwillinvolve inspection and test of machined and assembled components.

Responsibilities:

• Inspectionand test of machined and assembled components
• Using standard measuring tooling
• Any CMM and / or NDT inspection techniques would be beneficial,although there will be training- great opportunity to progress within CMM and / or NDT.
• FAIRs reports and other additional reports required, including non-conformance reports.
• Work to all H&S procedures and processes

Ideal Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical inspection within a manufacturing environment, who can use standard measuring tools and has some experience of report writing. Any CMM and / or NDT experience would be an advantage.

Salary:

33,500 - 37,500

Hours: 37 per week (Choice Of Working Patterns)

Overtime:Paid at Time 1/2
