As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and lead a front-of-house team of seven to deliver a smooth, high-quality service.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Supervising daily service and ensuring a seamless operation at all times
- Leading, training and motivating a team of seven to deliver exceptional standards
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with team development and performance
- Assisting with rotas, section planning and the consistent delivery of service standards
- Acting as a point of contact for guests and resolving queries efficiently and professionally
The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will
- Have proven supervisory or management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate a team
- Be proactive, reliable and keen to progress within hospitality management
