You will be based within a welcoming and homely setting, that truly promotes a sense of independence for the people you support. You will be part of a vibrant community where everyone enjoys their own space but come together for meals, games, and activities.

You will be a passionate and energetic person who is committed to helping the people you support to thrive and live life to the fullest, whilst also taking part and supporting their passions and hobbies such as bingo, baking, swimming, dance and other sports.

We're seeking a compassionate, energetic individual who can:

  • Promote inclusion and independence
  • Support personal care needs with dignity and respect
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Encourage participation in daily living and community activities
  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Use basic IT systems confidently

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and access to your own vehicle
  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills
