Our client is seeking a Senior PA to join them initially on a 3-month contract, providing support to the Company Secretary and the wider Exec team. Working at pace and with precision, you’ll work to be reactive and resilient, monitoring inboxes, organising incredibly busy diaries, and handling highly confidential information with discretion.

Based in Cirencester, the role of Senior PA offers £20 per hour. The expected duration of this contract is 3 month, however this could be extended. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day, between the hours of 9am – 5pm.  The role is hybrid and there is flexibility to work onsite and at home.

As Senior PA, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing support to Senior Executives within the business.
  • Managing the diary of the Company Secretary and organising meetings.
  • Inbox monitoring, replying and flagging urgent emails.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Preparing expense claims for Directors.

To be considered for the role of Executive Assistant, you will need to have:

  • Extensive PA/ EA experience supporting senior members of staff, ideally at Director level.
  • Proven experience working on highly confidential matters and in a professional manner.
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple diaries and inboxes, prioritising effectively.
  • Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Innate flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.

The Role:

As Senior PA, you will provide direct administrative support to the Company Secretary and the wider team. Facilitating the smooth running of operations, you will confidently and effectively manage their diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements, whilst gaining valuable experience in a leading organisation.

You’ll be provided with full training to ensure you are able to work effectively and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, benefit from a possible pay increase and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
