• Manage projects from planning through to completion.
• Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules of works.
• Oversee contract administration and financial management of projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Assist with surveying work where required.
• Hybrid working available - Cirencester office with local site visits.

The Person:

• Experienced in project management, contract administration, and site management.
• Familiar with building regulations, planning, and contract law.
• Strong client-facing and people management skills.
• Background in Surveying, Project Management, or Contract Management.
• Ability to run projects independently, including financial oversight.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to local sites.
