The RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver first-class service
- Supporting all key store operations – stock control, banking, and audits
- Creating a welcoming, premium shopping environment tailored to every customer
- Taking charge when the Store Manager is away
- Bringing visual merchandising and seasonal campaigns to life
