We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Head of Marketing to lead an in-house team and shape the future of a distinctive and growing customer-focused business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on brand, content, and community presence.
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering a marketing strategy that drives engagement, strengthens brand recognition, and supports sales performance. You’ll be hands-on in leading creative campaigns, guiding brand storytelling, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from digital and social media to community initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
•   Leading and evolving the marketing strategy across all channels (digital, print, events, social, video, and more)•   Managing, mentoring, and inspiring a small in-house marketing team•   Creating and executing campaigns that generate leads and build emotional connection with the brand•   Overseeing all brand messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact•   Supporting on-the-ground teams with high-quality marketing materials that elevate their work•   Driving local brand awareness through community engagement and events•   Reporting on marketing performance and contributing insights to the leadership team
What you’ll bring:
•   Proven experience leading a marketing function across digital and traditional platforms•   A track record of building brands and delivering results through strategic, creative campaigns•   Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams•   A hands-on, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail and great storytelling instincts•   Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment•   A passion for creating meaningful connections with customers and communities
