Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
- Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
- Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and age groups
- Familiar with the Cirencester area and local transport routes
