Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be partnering a fast-paced, rapidly growing SME based just outside Cirencester, to recruit their new HR Manager.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and leading a small HR team (x4), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, while supporting the wider people agenda across the business.

This hands-on role will lead and mentor a talented and developing team - managing all employee relations matters, recruitment and onboarding processes (including visa sponsorship), policies and procedure compliance / updates, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and directors on all aspects of people management and best practice.

The next 3-5 years are very exciting - Giving this position fantastic scope to evolve, as the company grows and, the genuine opportuntiy to "make the role your own" as you introduce more HR initiatives to the business.

We're looking for a pragmatic, "can-do" HR generalist with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach. Ideally, you'll have experience working across both blue- and white-collar populations, with the credibility, to support a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and bring a solid background in employee relations, HR operations, and team leadership.
