About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in Cisco technologies and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) to join a dynamic IT team based in Cirencester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge network automation tools, supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure in a secure and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Cisco-based network infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize Cisco DNA Center for network assurance and automation.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to maintain network integrity and performance.
- Participate in network projects including upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (Catalyst, ASA, ISR, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center (Policy, Assurance, Automation).
- Good understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.).
- Familiarity with network automation tools and REST APIs is a strong advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) highly desirable.
