Key Duties:

  • Supporting solicitors on a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, title documents, and Land Registry applications

  • Conducting searches, due diligence, and assisting with the management of transactions

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

  • File management and administrative support throughout transactions
