In this role you would be responsible for refurbishing clean and feed wagons, repairing, mechanical and electrical machinery, plant and equipment, working with spanner works, hydraulics, electronics and repairs.

The ideal Heavy Plant Engineer would have come from a similar background in mechanical engineering, looking to start or develop their career in agricultural engineering and heavy plant, keen to learn and progress their skills further and be out on the road for work.

The Role:

  • Refurbishing clean and feed wagons
  • Repairing mechanical equipment such as heavy plant
  • Performing inspections on machinery and equipment
  • Traveling across the patch Gloucestershire

The Person:

  • Experience in mechanical engineering, fabrication, welding or similar within mechanical engineering
  • Looking to start or progress their career in agricultural machinery/plant machinery
  • Looking to be field based and travel for the role
