An opportunity for an experienced PA in a family-run operation
The ideal candidate will be discrete, very organised and tenacious, and in addition to supporting their business, open to supporting the principals in the management of their small estate, as well as their private appointment and travels.
Experience working as a PA is a must, as is fluent spoken and written English and proficiency in Word and Excel.
Working hours: The role is part-time three days per week for a total of 25 hours, of which a minimum of three days (ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am to 1pm) should be spent in person in the office near Cirencester. Given the office’s rural location, candidates must have their own car.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Staff administration (payroll, holiday/sick-day admin, expenses).
- Handling the finances and keeping record of in- and outgoings.
- Keeping track of maintenance schedule, book maintenance visits from external contractors.
- Diary management and booking personal appointments and travel.
