MFL Teacher
Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled MFL Teacher to join a high-achieving and supportive secondary school in the beautiful market town of Cirencester, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and forward-thinking school community. The role is expected to run for one term, starting in January 2026, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive MFL lessons across Key Stages
- Teach one or more of the following languages up to GCSE level:
- French
- Spanish
- German
- Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through strong classroom management skills
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious MFL department
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more modern foreign languages
- Experience teaching MFL up to GCSE level
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Passionate about language learning and cultural awareness
- Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
