Estate Agent Sales Valuer / Lister - Cirencester - £30k Basic £50k package
Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agency Sales Valuer to join a well-established, multi branch, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand. They run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported - the role is best suited to someone that has Estate Agency experience and is a competent and confident valuer and lister, manages their clients to a high standard enhancing their strong reputation
The Role:
The successful applicant will have a great opportunity to assist in building the business further and in the continued growth of a successful Sales Team. A strong Valuer from day one, they must be able to demonstrate tenacity and competitiveness, along with the ability to expand and develop the role and add value to the office and company.
The successful Estate Agent Sales Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
- Proven track record in generating and winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- A genuine passion for property and people
- A thorough understanding of the local property market
- Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential for this role

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Fri
plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am-4.00pm with a day off in lieu
