Food & Beverage Manager - Lead the F&B Operation at a Popular Holiday Resort | Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager ready to take ownership of a busy, guest-focused operation? We're recruiting for a well-established holiday resort in Cirencester, looking for a strong leader to drive service standards, team performance and overall guest satisfaction across multiple F&B outlets.

What you'll be doing:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events

  • Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment, onboarding and rota management

  • Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination

  • Monitoring stock levels, managing supplier orders and maintaining strong cost control

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food hygiene and health & safety

  • Managing administrative processes, staff records and digital systems

  • Working closely with senior management to meet commercial and operational targets

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management F&B role

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide and motivate a diverse team

  • Knowledge of stock management, cost control and menu pricing

  • Excellent organisational, administrative and digital-systems capability

  • A guest-focused approach with a passion for exceptional service

  • Flexible, positive and able to adapt within a busy leisure environment
