As a Graduate Design Engineer, you'll receive on-the-job training and mentorship while taking on a variety of responsibilities. These include assisting in product testing and validation, refining production processes, developing measurement methods, and supporting documentation across the product catalogue.

The Role:
- Specialist technical training and continued progression opportunities
- Support senior engineers in product development and process refinement
- Research new technologies and materials for future product improvements
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimise production methods
The Candidate:
- Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (or experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferable)
