Due to location of the company - own transport is desired for this role as public transport is not accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update sales orders using our operating systems.
  • Log and manage customer complaints through the internal database.
  • Produce insightful production reports based on sales data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a 'customer-centric' approach.
  • Monitor product availability and proactively solve supply issues.
  • Handle new enquiries and sales requests efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for optimal packing methods.
  • Monitor transport routes and departmental KPIs.
  • Support dispatch and logistics operations as part of the distribution team.
