Personpower is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Children's Residential provider based in Clacton on Sea for young people aged between 8 - 17 with emotional and behavioral needs.

The Role

As a Night Wake Residential Care Worker (Night Wake Support Worker), you will support the team in the night (20:00 - 08:00) running of the home, on a 4 night on and 4 nights off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

  • Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding and children’s welfare remain at the heart of everything you do
