About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs or in alternative provision is desirable.
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
Ability to inspire and motivate pupils who may have complex needs.
