This market-leading company work on bespoke Joinery projects for a broad client base including architects, designers and end customers. They have seen continual growth in the past 30 years to the point they have 40 staff and are now looking to grow their friendly team.
In this varied role your role will be split between sales, admin and project support work. This will include dealing with inbound customer enquiries, making outbound calls to win business and to upsell to customers, inputting date on to systems, processing orders and checking up on project progress as you work with other departments and support the PMs and estimators.
This exciting role would suit someone with Sales / customer service experience looking for a varied, entry-level role within a market-leading joinery company offering a bonus to increase your earnings and a range of progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Deal with inbound customer enquiries, and make outbound calls to win business and upsell
- Undertake varied admin, including order processing, data entry and reporting
- Support Estimator and PMs in project work
- Liaise with clients and other departments

- Sales / Customer Service experience
