We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for an Assistant Site Manager in Clacton, Essex. This will be on a 250 unit traditional build housing scheme.
As Assistant Site Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover. The project currently has 18 plots underway, with more scheduled this year. Our client has many traditional build projects across Essex and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of traditional build houses.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
- Oversee the whole build process.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager:
- Understand the whole build process.
- Worked on traditional build housing projects.
- Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
