The Role:
- Set-up, program, and operate SMT equipment
- Rework and repair of faulty PCBs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on SMT machinery
The Candidate:
- Strong background in electronics manufacturing, ideally in an SMT environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
- Motivated, quality-focused, and able to work to tight deadlines
