Responsibilities
- Teach Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics in line with the national curriculum.
- Guide students through revision and exam preparation at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), including GCSEs
- Relate scientific concepts to real-world applications and careers.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote respectful, inclusive behaviour.
- Teach students safe lab practices and procedures.
- Reflect on and improve teaching practices regularly.

Requirements
- QTS or PGCE in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Background in teaching Science at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with all subject specialisms considered
- Passion for Science education and a drive to make lessons engaging and meaningful.
- Skilled in classroom control, lesson planning, and clear communication.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Two professional references from recent years.
