Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Leading small group and 1:1 interventions
  • Supporting pupils' academic and emotional development
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to monitor and assess pupil progress
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • A qualified HLTA or experienced TA confident in covering classes
  • Someone with excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • A clear understanding of safeguarding procedures (enhanced DBS required)
