An understanding of how emotional, social, and environmental factors impact learning is a valuable asset in these roles.

For the right person, this position can lead to a full-time, long-term placement, so availability for ongoing work is ideal.

What we’re looking for from our Teaching Assistant:

  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • Experience supporting children with ALN – either 1:1 or in small groups
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
