- Help with posting and allocating daily cash receipts, online payments and banking transactions.
- Assist with daily reconciliations of accounts and support in checking and resolving any differences.
- Keep financial records organised and up to date, following company processes.
- Utilise internal systems and Microsoft Excel to process and analyse financial data effectively.
- Support the accounts function with adhoc duties such as invoice processing, ledger maintenance and general administrative tasks as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the finance department by providing proactive support across accounting activities.
- General office administration experience is required and familiarity with accounts processes will be viewed favourably.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills.
- Numerate and detail focused.
