I’m currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company based in Cleckheaton to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and external sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, both UK-based and international

  • Manage the full order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Provide aftersales support and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly

  • Prepare and issue quotations in line with pricing structures and agreed margins

  • Understand and maintain awareness of product costings, pricing, and profit margins

  • Support the external sales team by preparing sales documentation, order updates, and customer insights

  • Process and coordinate export documentation in line with international shipping requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing agreements, and order history

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in a sales support, customer service, or commercial admin role (manufacturing or product-based environment preferred)

  • Knowledge of order processing, quotations, and export procedures

  • Strong understanding of commercial terms including pricing, margins, and cost control

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
